The 1917 Spring Offensives

A massively illustrated account of a joint British-Canadian-French assault in World War I. Previous books on the 1917 offensives have concentrated on a single sector of the front: the British at Arras, the Canadians at Vimy, or the French at Chemin des Dames. However, the offensive was truly an Allied effort, an aspect fully covered by the author.
