The Book of the Ancient Romans

The Book of the Ancient Romans is an introduction to the history and civilization of Rome from the traditional date of the founding of the city to its fall in ad 476. Dorothy Mills again makes history a vital thing and historians, statesmen, and poets of the ancient world living figures.
