Egypt... A tale of gypsy magic, two wondrous stones, an ancient mummy's curse, and a trip to the underworld The Jewel of Love is the timeless story of a magical power invested in a special jewel, created for Neferusobek, Queen of Egypt. A power so enchanting, it creates a deadly jealousy in the royal court, and must be continually watched over by her guardians. In my first story, which I called THE CURSE OF THE SLAVES I took you took Greece at a time in the not-to-distant past, where all the children of a village do battle with an ancient curse in order to save their parents, and their country, from certain destruction. This time, in The Jewel of Love, I take you Egypt, over a century ago, where a girl named Reba must travel with her new friend Jassim, and an ancient Egyptian guide, Prince Khato, through the various lands of the Afterlife, so that she can meet her lost parents again and fulfill an ancient Queen's vow.
