Memoirs of a Frog

Memoirs of a Frog- Henry Ross Payne was born in Tampico, Mexico, the son of a legendary pioneer in the oil industry. He served in the U.S. Army's Amphibious Engineer Brigades in the South Pacific during WW2 and following the war, his career included time with the Air Force, the U.S. Government as an air traffic controller, and in private industry engaged in research and development. Henry obtained his Masters degree in Education and today lives with his wive in Oceanside, California, where he enjoys golf and traveling.
