In 1937, a group of monks set off on a journey in search of a very special little boy. They sought the reborn soul of their country's leader, the Dalai Lama. When they found him in a peasant cottage, this humble boy became the Fourteenth Dalai Lama, ruler and religious leader of Tibet.
