Legal Ethics (University Casebook)

Legal Ethics is a comprehensive book, and intentionally so. Our goal is to provide a broad array of materials that will allow teachers to construct a wide variety of courses. We have aimed at combining the most popular formats for the professional responsibility course--hypothetical problems, case analysis, and interdisciplinary readings--as well as providing concise summaries of the law, original commentary, full-length case studies, and extensive references.
