Parametric Modeling with Mechanical Desktop Version 4 MultiMedia Tutorial

This book contains a series of ten tutorial style lessons designed to introduce Mechanical Desktop Version 4, solid modeling, and parametric modeling. It uses a hands-on, exercise-intensive approach to all the import parametric modeling techniques and concepts. The lessons guide the user from constructing basic shapes to building intelligent solid models and creating multi-view drawings. Each book comes bundled with a CD presenting an audio/visual version of the tutorial exercises contained in the book. A voice overlay explains the interface, menu picks, and design activities while models are created. The CD presentation is not interactive and is independent of Mechanical Desktop, meaning Mechanical Desktop is not required in order to use the CD.
