Editing, Grades 6-8

This book is designed to help students write and speak with a command of standard English conventions, offering a broad exposure to various text types including narratives, reports, expositions, procedures and more. The editing activities will improve student command of sentence structure, grammar, punctuation, capitalization, and spelling. Each of the activities includes student reproducible pages, teacher notes, lesson objectives, and answers. Student work includes editing a passage and additional spelling and grammar activities as well as writing checklist for text types.
