Oral Language, Grades 4-5

This book is designed to help students listen critically and respond appropriately to oral communication. Using these activities will enable them to speak in a manner that guides the listener to understand important ideas by using proper phrasing, pitch, and modulation. Each of the activities includes student reproducible pages, teacher notes, background information, answers, and additional activities. The activities are a mix of group work, pair work, and class work, structured for ease of classroom management.
