The Christian's Labor and Reward is here reprinted with The Civil Magistrate's Portrait Drawn from the Word. The two works are the only two other ones ever published by this beloved author, best known for his Chistian in Complete Armour, pubished by the Banner of Truth. In the first work he shows that God asks so very little of us and rewards us so greatly in comparison. The second work is a biblical picture of a godly civil servant, and what we should expect from our leaders. Both of these works are immensely practical and relevant!
