Kids are the greatest! They are - aren't they? One has to wonder after just having been offered a drink of water fresh from the toilet bowl, or getting up for the fifth time to deal with someone's bad dream. Nancy Moser knows all about kids, and has written a most delightful book that is hysterically funny in some places, and tenderly poignant in others. As a mother, she's felt up to her neck in the flood waters of not knowing how to parent. She's learned that God doesn't expect her to be an expert. It's ok with him if she only wades cautiously into her parenting role. She's even discovered it's all right to flip over on your back and just float. One good thing about that position is that one can't help looking straight up into the face of loving Father who cares and understands parenting is a tough job.
