Historic Homes of Olde Towne, Columbus, Ohio is a pictorial guidebook to fifty homes built between 1853 and 1924 in an inner city neighborhood. Color photos of each home are accompanied by historical information pertaining to events and people associated with the home and a description of significant architectural details. A map on the outside back cover directs readers on a self-guided tour.

The book, produced and published by a neighborhood coalition to promote renovation of deteriorating housing, to raise community spirit, and to provide historical documentation of the area, serves as a model for other communities.
