Oklahoma Heroes: The Oklahoma Peace Officers Memorial

A tribute to the Oklahoma peace officers who died in the line of duty, this book is a result of research done by the author in writing the book Oklahoma Justice, a history of the OCPD's first century and in working on the Oklahoma Peace Officers Memorial. In this book he looks at policing in the early days of statehood through the twenties as well as the heroes who were involved in the bombing of the Murrah building in 1995. His research includes the stories of more than 160 lawmen who are no yet included on the Memorial.
