Managing Organizational Behavior

This book is about the problem of managing people in organizations. Taking the view that these issues can only be considered in terms of the interaction between human beings and the organizational context within which they work. Further, just as there individual differences which help us to understand human behavior, there are differences in organizations which must be understood if we are to effectively manage resources, both human and technical.
