911 First Responders at Ground Zero

This is the COLOR PHOTOS edition. First responders from neighboring states joined with those from New York at Ground Zero in the hours after the attack on 911. This is the story of those first responders during the first hours after the attack on 9-11. Their personal interviews and many of the pictures taken by them are in this book. Their stories helped to re-shape the training and preparations today's first responders receive so they can be better prepared for the challenges that may one day come.
