The fourth edition of Civil Procedure: Cases, Text, Notes, and Problems continues to cover the full range of civil procedure topics, but it is specifically constructed to accommodate the demands presented by both three-credit as well as traditional five- and six-credit courses. The new edition carefully integrates both basic and more complex issues of federal and state civil procedure, presented in a user-friendly format.
