About the Author
Terrence Metz expertly coaches and instructs professionals on how to lead meetings that produce clear and actionable results every time.
A graduate of Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, he has spent more than 20,000 hours teaching the facilitation of planning, prioritizing, and problem-solving. He has taught professors at the Broad Institute (MIT and Harvard), Duke, University of Maryland, Purdue, Stanford, University of North Carolina, and many other universities—along with many of their best students.
