A Tide for Drowning

A serial killer creates his own Calvary on a half-tide sand bank using the rise and fall of the tide to dispatch his victims. Meanwhile a landlubber detective is helped in his investigations by his number two, the Somali-born daughter of a fisherman. Both race against time and tide in a bid to save the Messiah.
