An Interfaith Program for Kids & Teens: Presented by The Golden Thread of Truth

This Twelve month program is for Families and Youth Ministry who wish to incorporate an interfaith program into their children's lives. We use parables and stories that parents, grandparents and caretakers have shared with their children for generations. Stories from the world's religious beliefs and cultures; Judaism, Hinduism, Islam, Buddhism, Christianity and Native American traditions, are used.Crafts help younger children deepen their understanding of the message of each story. Additional material with Tweens and Teens help them better understand the impact of these lessons on their individual lives. These lessons have been written for adults, teachers, mentors and parents; not for study by the student directly. For illustration, we use science, nature, history, art and parables from all the world's religions and cultures.About The Golden Thread of Truth:There is a common thread that runs through all the world's religions. Love thy neighbor. You reap what you sow. We are stewards of the earth and each other. Treat others as you would like to be treated. Parents around the world, from all religious beliefs, cultures and lifestyles, teach these values to their children through timeless stories. Share these insights with your children to enhance their knowledge, respect for others and understand this Golden Thread of Truth!
