Sketches of Italy is a book of drawings by an artist more known for his paintings. The drawings are from a tour of three major cities in Italy. The sketches were made sometimes in art museums, sometimes in churches, sometimes on the streets. Moore uses a variety of drawing styles, in ink or graphite, keeping the whole collection lively and intriguing.
