Ex-Cop Joseph Irons is enhanced with body augmentation. An experiment called the Solid Soldier Program. When the funding was cut, he became a freelance private detective. Aided by his AutoDame assistant Jess, he fights his way through the rough streets of Iron City. Half man, half cyborg, he moves forward, not belonging anywhere.
