This book gives the male perspective of living polygamy. Albert was raised in the early 20th century with a father who spent many years trying to “homestead” in the hills and valleys around the Utah/Idaho border. He eventually joined his father in leaving the LDS Church to live plural marriage, going to prison twice for choosing to do so.
