After The Quiet

"After The Quiet" is the second and final in the Quiet series. The magic of the world was ripped away by alien forces and we didn't have a clue as to why or how. The gauze of electronic surrealism was shredded into mere wisps of memory and story. People are left stranded to depend on the strangers immediately around them as their new survival partners. This story picks up after the alien deed is done and small groups of people struggle to make sense out of the dark, quiet, new world. Some act fast to adapt, some cling to old modern ways, some despair and perish. This sequel to "Come the Quiet", follows our intrepid adventurers through their trials and struggles against an alien induced medievalry and shows us an extraterrestrial point of view that is chilling, yet familiar.
