From the Heart of a Mom

From the Heart of a Mom is a tribute to Leslie Hall Lorenz, daughter of Don and Joyce, wife of Dale, mother of Logan and Alyssa, sister to Dale and his wife Heather, a friend to many and an inspiration to all. This is Joyce's journey, through the eyes of a mother, as she navigated the uncharted waters of Leslie's 11-year crossing from her earthly life to her eternal life for which she was born. The journey is written as a day-by-day journal, with the emotional peaks and valleys that a diagnosis of cancer brings to all families. Coping with these emotions with tears and laughter, and trusting in God for daily support was the foundation for writing this narrative, and subsequently publishing, From the Heart of a Mom.
