Mariology

In this work, Matthias Scheeben's primary theme is the nuptial union of God and the created order through the Incarnation, a marriage of heaven and earth that begins in the conception of Christ in the womb of the virgin Mary. Mary, therefore, is the temple in which God and humankind are reconciled. Scheeben draws together the teaching on the Incarnation, on deification, on the Marian dogmas, sacramental theology, and ecclesiology in a beautiful work. Originally published in two volumes, the entire work is gathered here in a single volume. It has been out of print for decades, now made available once more.
