Bettering the World is one man's perspective on the world and is about both people-oriented "soft stuff" and a variety of policy areas of government and NGO (Non-Governmental Organizations). Ideas and suggestions on a wide variety of topics include war and the draft, safe sex, values, violence, advocacy, local businesses, and insights and legislation on mental illness. Bettering the World lays down a paper trail that has been seen and heard mostly in the public domain but rarely acknowledged. Included is fresh material to make an attempt to begin a legal effort on knowing one person's influences through suggestion and life story as core data of history since the 1980s.
