How far would you go for a friend? It is February 2203. Lonely and neglected, Joey haunts the underworld of Rainbow City, capital of the Moon. Here he befriends Diana, a girl with strange abilities but no memory of her past, except that she has escaped from somebody who terrifies her. As they try to uncover the secret of who she is and where she came from, they are joined by Kim, a champion virtual reality pilot, and Tycho, a boy genius.
