Constitutional Law of the European Union; Documentary Supplement

This Documentary Supplement contains the Treaty on European Union, the EC Treaty, and the US Constitution. The EU documents are reproduced from the official consolidated versions available from the EU Website and the footnotes are part of those texts. The text of each document takes account of all amendments up to and including those relating to the accession of Romania and Bulgaria. The Documentary Supplement does not include the changes contemplated by the Treaty of Lisbon, which will likely not be in force by the end of 2008 as originally intended. Consequently, the Supplement materials will continue to reflect the law actually in effect beyond the end of 2008.
