Wrestling With Your Angela

This is a writing about the importance of wrestling—wrestling with experiences in the past as well as the present and sometimes with choices to be made in the future. A victim of psychological or sexual or other physical abuse who is at a loss to know what to do about it often tries not to think about it. That keeps an individual bound up tight in the identity of being a victim forever. There is a way to discover a new identity and that is to wrestle until your true Sacred Self emerges. This writing contains stories representing the hundreds of individuals I have “coached” as they chose to wrestle and discover. You are the angel and there is a Self that is very Sacred who wants to come forth. This writing is dedicated to all those I had the privilege of seeing “blossom.”
