The result of a strategic partnership between the Home Builders Institute (HBI) of the National Association of Home Builders and Delmar Learning, this new series from the Residential Construction Academy is the perfect way to introduce people of all ages to the building trades while guiding them to development of essential workplace skills. This package also includes computer-based training that uses video, animation, and testing to introduce, teach, or remediate the concepts covered in the videos. Students will be pre-tested on the material and then, if needed, provided with the suitable remediation to ensure understanding of the concepts. Post-tests can be administered to ensure that students have gained mastery of all material.
