About the Author
Alan Rushton is a former Director of Dialog Consultants, a consultancy specialising in distribution, logistics and supply chain management. He was formally the Director of Graduate Programmes at the Centre for Logistics and Supply Chain Management at Cranfield University. He is a Chartered Fellow of the CILT (UK).\nPhil Croucher is a former independent consultant and lecturer with over forty years experience in the Logistics and Supply Chain Industry. Over the years he has held many senior posts in the industry and worked in countries such as Oman, UAE, KSA, Jordan, Algeria, China and India. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) and has an MSc from Cranfield University.
