About the Author James McCord is an experienced trial attorney in criminal law, professor at the University of Wisconsin Law School, and a member of the Wisconsin and Kentucky Bar Associations. A frequent speaker at legal conferences, he is the author of several books and articles on the paralegal profession and practice.
