Digital Image Processing

Digital Image Processing, College Edition, has been adapted from the fourth edition of William Pratt’s reference book on the topic, which was previously published by Wiley STMS and recently transferred to Higher Education. In order to adapt the book for a college audience, particularly for senior level electives in electrical and computer engineering, we’ve removed technical detail not relevant to students in their first exposure to the subject. We’ve also added learning objectives and summaries to the chapters and increased the example and problem content. In addition, we’ve included computational examples using MATLAB and PIKS.
