Andrew Marotta uses short athletic stories to drive home leadership principles. Having a story that you can remember to help you lock the leadership principles in your mind is huge. This book is an enjoyable read and you will learn something in the process. From my perspective as NCAA National Coordinator of Officials, using officiating related stories has the added benefit of allowing the reader to know that officials are real people too.
