Prayer Journal

Every Christian wants to be sure that when they pray that God hears them. In Matthew 6: 5-15 Jesus gives us the pattern for prayer. This documented pattern is just a format and outlines all of the elements for spending time in the presence of God and getting your prayers answered.

We must be clear that prayer is not an opportunity to dump all of our garbage on God. Neither is it an opportunity to beg God for everything that we need or think we need. Prayer, in fact, is an opportunity to engage in intimate conversation with God, establish God's Kingdom on this earth, thwart the plans of the enemy, get divine instruction and create the life that we want based on God's word.
