You'll Know When You See One is the second book of a Gulf Coast trilogy written by Allain C. Andry III. This story is about a young Katie who spears many things during her first floundering adventure with her father. Though her eyes play tricks on her, with her dad's encouragement she does find a real flounder, and she knows when she sees one.
