If you have dreamed about or sensed the presence of a child, grandchild, brother or sister before that person’s conception or birth, you have had a pre-birth experience. The preborn soul not only makes his or her presence known, but often announces it is his or her time to come to earth.

The pre-birth experience is the primary subject of our research. Over the years, a particular category has emerged - the aborted child and children in danger of being aborted. How could this be? Are children alive in a spiritual realm before birth? What is happening to the souls of the aborted babies?

Based on the accounts we have gathered, we understand that we are not just a presence of flesh and blood. We are, each of us, a living soul. The soul has great knowledge and wisdom and can communicate. It has a life of its own and cannot be destroyed. This group of souls who have been aborted we call the Castaways.

Castaway is defined as “to cast off, as of no value, thrown away, rejected.” It is one who may be an outcast from society or sent to another land, a land not of his or her choosing. This term clearly applies to those of God’s children who have been aborted. This concept is illustrated through the true accounts included here. As you read this book, listen to the voices of the children, these castaways. Listen to the love and the longings that come from them, and also listen to the voice of Jesus as he speaks of their grief and his love for them. In many of the accounts we have collected, we find Jesus directly involved in the plight of the aborted ones.

If you have lost a child, or are trying to conceive a child, or cannot bear children, this work will provide enlightenment, healing, and hope. If you have children of your own, you will hold them a little closer. You will see that relationships can be eternal and God’s grace can provide rewarding surprises.
