In this storm, lightning will strike twice.While the storm of the decade is beating down on the small town of Mossy Point, Chief of Police 'Mac' McLane has his hands full.Two young people are missing.One of his trusted friends just lied to him.A young woman has mysteriously acquired new jewelry and can't seem to get her story straight about the bruises on her throat.How can Mac keep his town or the love of his life safe when streets are under water, trees are down, and it's going to be a while before power is restored?And it seems there's no end to the storm...This is a stand alone story. While this has some of the same characters as Small Town Secrets, reading Secrets is not required.
