What should I put in there from all the information they’ve given me? Whereshould I put it?'I realised at once that she had a point and went looking for ideas that might offer some sort of structure or guidance. I couldn’t find any, and it was the beginning of this book.My original thought was what a friend called ‘scripts with holes', alongside notes about what to put in them.That idea had its merits, and it may yet happen, but I soon realised when I started writing that I couldn’t start there. I had to take a step back and talk about how to collect the right information from your client before I could talkabout what to do with it. And so Their Worlds, Your Words was born.
