Amid flat corn-striped landscapes Ohioans dream of distant lands - lands where mountains rise to kiss the sky, lands where seas fill lungs with salty air, and lands where majestic creatures roam and howl beneath star speckled skies. Winston Kelly dreams such dreams. To reach these far off places Winston is building an empire, the Ohio Empire, which will live on and on, forever. He is an odd child though and believes anything is possible. He believes in love, friendship, and even in dragons.
