Maximizing the Human Factor! Our new book entitled Radical Excellence is the next movement beyond Lean Six Sigma. Over time Total Quality, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma each had their place as a breakthrough strategy for pursuing excellence. But now these initiatives have either faded into history or settled into the status quo. So, what comes next? Sadly, we have all but ignored the most important business strategy - strengthening the core, the heart of the organization.
