Building a successful business from scratch is a difficult task. It requires hard work, good timing, perseverance, and a bit of good luck. It also requires guiding principles that will help this fledgling company navigate its course on a daily basis. Many of our closely held and necessary principles are developed during our childhood and you adult years. This is the story of Specialty Control Systems from its formation in 1984 to 2016. And, this is Jay's journey which began in a small house in South Houston, Texas and continued on a long a amazing path all the way from Manvel to Moscow.
