One of the greatest problems that the world is currently facing is the dearth of quality leadership to provide direction for our world, families, government, churches, and businesses. Name it. It is everywhere and there is a huge vacancy for capable hands to provide direction for a world that clearly needs leadership. Leadership is beyond titles or positions. Leadership is said to be relevant when it is able to, at least, provide solutions to the problems that created a need for that leadership in the first place. Until that is done, leadership cannot be said to be relevant. This book attempts to provide answers to key questions in leadership relevance. And these components are the leader's personal life, attitude, loyalty, credibility, motivation and equipping ability. “The Relevant Leader” is recommended as a teaching manual for anyone that occupies the position of a trainer, mentor, coach and leader.
