Hunyuan Xinfa 81 - Day Ledger

Hunyuan Xinfa 81-day ledger is the practical tool to exercise Xinfa (heart method). Included in this ledger are the story about Shi Yinfu, who during the Song dynasty in China, practiced the heart sorting method using black and yellow beans, counting his good and bad deeds, and also included are tables for daily monitoring of the heart emotions, thoughts and actions. The Ledger is a heart cultivation practice transmitted by the Huai Xuan school in Western Sichuan, China during the Qing dynasty, and here brought again by the Hunyuan Research Institute as a modern heart cultivation tool.
