Choices

CHOICES is a novel that centers around a small fictitious town in South Carolina, Reedy View, in 1975. But the story begins long before the women’s movement in the 1970s. It begins with Jessie Jordan’s grandmother and mother. The decisions, the choices, that shape a child’s life, that sometimes change everything and sometimes nothing. When the first female uniformed patrol officer in Reedy View begins to see her life spiraling out of control and starting to resemble the calls she answers on the street, she must learn that strong women can be weak and at their weakest, become their strongest.
