Political Power and Public Influence: Landon Lectures 1984-2010

Political Power and Public Influence is Charles Reagans mmoire of his 26 years as Chairman of the Landon Lecture Series. During his long tenure, he brought 92 of the most prominent American and International political leaders and journalists to Kansas State University. His book explains how K-State was able to attract these public figures to the Landon podium, gives anecdotes about each one from his experience with them behind the scenes, and provides a summary of each speech. Nancy Kassebaum Baker has written a forward, and the book ends with the reminiscences of his four predecessors as Landon chairmen.
