What do you believe? What is your point of view? Perhaps you are one of those people who love to be a chameleon and agree with whoever is speaking, but have never taken the time to define your own beliefs. Maybe you are a peacemaker and avoid conflict at any cost. Holding back and not sharing your thoughts may appear to be keeping life peaceful for others but does very little for your own sense of peace and fulfillment. Don't Say Anything is the reflection of two sisters who have discovered the freedom that comes from speaking up. It is the ring of keys used to unlock the prison doors that kept them bound. Going back into their childhood, teen and young adult years, they have come to realize the prison that is created when they live by this unspoken rule of Don't Say Anything. The effect it has had on their marriages and child rearing is immeasurable and they are not alone.
