"As a follower of Jesus Christ, with the exception of your family, you will probably have no greater lasting influence than you will have as a leader in your workplace. I have been in the workplace for the last 40 years, leading a general merchandise distribution firm, a non-profit ministry to CEOs and business owners, and speaking around the world to leaders like you in the marketplace. During these years, I have shared some of my "lessons learned" with other leaders and my co-workers in monthly letters entitled "From My Heart to Yours". Even though some of these were written years ago, the values still remain today.
