Description:

John Thomas is a semi-successful author who mysteriously finds himself filled with the growing urge to write a book defending the actions of the infamous Judas Iscariot. Almost as soon as he reluctantly resolves to write the book, his phone rings and a stranger claiming to actually be Judas suggests a breakfast meeting to answer any questions John might have. Fully expecting a prank and against his better judgment, John skeptically agrees to meet with “Judas”. But at the breakfast meeting, not only does Judas seem completely believable and well-informed, but to John’s astonishment Judas is able to take John back to the scenes of some of the most recognizable miracles of the Bible. Throughout their travels, Judas consistently defends and justifies his own traitorous actions, even calling into question the truths of the Bible and the authenticity of Jesus Himself. This leaves John to defend his faith as never before, and the more time John spends with Judas, the more Judas seems to destabilize, eventually revealing himself as a far more dangerous travel companion then John would have ever guessed - with an even more dangerous agenda for mankind.
