Fit 2-B Free Movement: Freedom Ambassador Guide

The FIT 2-B FREE Movement™ is a national health and wellness curriculum for the faith-based community. It will bring about a complete transformation in your spirit, soul, and body; inspiring others to experience and share the same results. As a Freedom Ambassador you are a leader who represents the message of the movement and desires to be an example of total health and freedom in Christ. This is not a role to take lightly. You are committing to teach and hold your group accountable during their initial 12-week journey. Being a Freedom Ambassador does not require you to be an expert in any particular field. If you are minister, psychologist, counselor, certified personal trainer, doctor, or nutrition expert, this system will only highlight your skills and enhance your results. By leading and participating, you will bring strength to your spirit with the word of God and prayer; balance and spirit led control to your soul; nourishment and rejuvenation to your body through education and inspiration for you to eat nutritious God-given foods and engage in daily physical activity. Participants will share a devotional and learn tools for a healthy lifestyle for a minimum of 30 minutes, and participate in a minimum of 30 minutes of their group's chosen physical activity. It allows each individual to experience the physical and spiritual transformation they desire while earning the Presidential Active Lifestyle Award. Each accountability group will be led by a Freedom Ambassador and meet a minimum of once per week for approximately 60-90 minutes, over the 12-week journey. The FIT 2-B FREE Movement™ will inspire and equip 1-Million Americans to earn the Presidential Active Lifestyle Award; to be ready and prepared to live life without restraints and burdens; so that they can Enjoy their Total Health and Liberty in Christ.
